"Unprofessional. Matt called and left me a voicemail saying they were not going renew my homeowner's policy a week before it expired. And I didn't even have claims. The 2 claims I put in were office errors vecause his office helpede submit claims I was not covered for and they were denied so could not renew. Due to his office negligence. I tried calling that back to clear it up. But Matt never returned my phone call extremely unprofessional I had to switch agents."
